01 What comes in a Crumbkins box?
Every box contains handmade brownies and sweet treats from Nic’s latest small batch, an original collectable Crumbkin card and a few little surprises.
02 Can I buy just one box?
Yes. Choose a one-off box whenever a round is open, or join monthly to save on every box.
03 Where do you deliver?
Crumbkins boxes can be posted anywhere in the UK. Collection from The [BROWNIE] Edit bake hut is also available on the round’s collection day.
04 Can I skip a monthly box?
Yes. Take a holiday from your account before the round’s cutoff and that unpaid box will be skipped. Your membership automatically continues with the following round.
05 When will my box arrive?
Each round shows its dispatch date before you order. Delivery boxes leave the bake hut that day, while collection boxes are ready during the collection window shown for the round.
06 How will my box be delivered?
UK delivery boxes are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 after they leave Nic’s bake hut.
07 Can I cancel my monthly membership at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from My boxes whenever you like. Cancel before the next round’s cutoff to stop future unpaid boxes. A box that is already paid for or locked at cutoff will still be baked and fulfilled as planned.
